About the Author

Theo A. Michaels was born in London to a large Greek Cypriot family. After competing in BBC television's MasterChef in 2014, Theo left the corporate world to don his chef's whites and earn a living in food. He now works as an Executive Chef, is the award winner author of six cookbooks anf founder of FiveDinners.com. He has also become an in-demand studio chef, having been a regular presenter on Ch4's BAFTA-nominated Steph's Packed Lunch as well as an occasional guest on ITV's This Morning, The Food Network and Sky TV.
